“The Value of Coffee”

Taro Suzuki, President of SAZA COFFEE

When it comes to enjoying coffee, high-end coffee is always better. Premium quality of coffee lies in its fresh aroma. Preventing oxidation is key, and through science and technology, we strive to make coffee with its three aromatic values - anytime, anywhere, for anyone.

Happiness Begins with Aroma
At SAZA COFFEE, we focus on aroma in every step- from sourcing and roasting to brewing in our stores. I personally travel to coffee producing regions, participate in competitions and auctions, and carefully select beans directly from the source.

Sharing Happiness
At SAZA Coffee, we are developed to the art of reproducibility and the joy of shared experience. Through signature events such as the Geisha Festival, we create opportunities for people to come together and savor some of the world’s most exceptional auction-lot coffees. Our curated seminars offer in -depth insights drawn from the world of coffee competitions and professional quality evaluation, cultivating a richer understanding and deeper appreciation for draft of fine coffee.

Preserving Coffee’s Aroma for Eternity
At SAZA Coffee, we are deeply committed to scientific innovation aimed at preserving the rich aroma and freshness of roasted coffee for as long as possible. Through ongoing research and advancements in roasting technology, we are extending the shelf life of our roasted of three years to an impressive five years.
Our proprietary roasting methods enhance and safeguard the aromatic compounds in coffee, achieving fragrance levels approximately 1.3 times greater than those produced by conventional techniques- according to our internal studies. This pursuit reflects our unwavering dedication to delivering exceptional coffee experiences that stand the test of time.
